Our deepest condolences to Bev and families, Barrie was a beautiful cousin and someone who was loved and respected in the family. I was hoping to attend the funeral tomorrow but I have just got out of hospital and not really well enough to travel. Our family is represented by my brother and sister ( Kevin Samuel and Liz Rowan). In Gods care Margie and Gary Ferrett ( née Samuel)
Dear Bev and Family, Sending our prayers and deepest sympathy. He was a very unique and beautiful man that we had the blessing of meeting and who brought great joy to every encounter. There once was a man named Barry, From South Australia, lively and merry. He’d spin a good ditty, all day long, With a laugh and a smile, and a cheerful song. For Bev a melody steady, heartfelt, and strong. With sweet "Forever in Blue Jeans" charm, His words, like lyrics, tender and true, painted a world for Bev, bright and new. A “Sweet Caroline” moment, day and night, A super dad, not just to his own, His kindness and care were widely shown. With words that danced and rhymes that played, Barry’s joy never seemed to fade. A heart so big, his love unmeasured, A man whose life was truly treasured. Pollard Fam.
