On behalf of the Norwood High School Class of 1957 to 1961 Reunion Group, I would like to offer our sincere condolences on the passing of Augis Zamoiskis. Augis, or “Zamoiskee” as he was fondly called, is remembered by many of his peer group as being very friendly and easy to get on with. Several of his colleagues recall our English Teacher, Mr. Gilding, often picking on Augis and delighting in saying his full name in front of the class. To our great loss, we never tracked him down to invite him to our regular reunion lunches. May he rest in peace.
