Passed peacefully surrounded by

his loved ones on November 20, 2021.

 

Aged 72 years.

Angelo Sebastiani (deceased), and

Silvia (deceased) and Francesco Mercorella.

Adored grandfather and

great grandfather of Kieran,

Chae and Amelia.

 

Cherished brother and brother-in-law

of Pasquale and Maria and Ivana.

 

Dearly loved uncle, cousin and friend.

 

Special thanks to all the staff, carers, nurses

and doctors at Ananda Aged Care, Hope Valley, and

the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Dad,

You fought a long battle

and won many times,

you did it with strength,

dignity, honour and humour.

You protected us girls till the end.

When you passed on there was joy

and sorrow. Joy you were going home

to your children and sorrow for us children left behind.

You were my rock,

my strength and my dad.

When all you have are memories, they become

your greatest treasures.  I love you and I am going to miss

you so much more than I could ever say.
