Rest well dearest Denis for your spirit will live on. So many you have touched like the rays of the sun. Your wisdom, your passion, enthusiasm and drive, your humour delightful, just like a fine wine. Your voice is so clear and repeats in my head “Come Fly With Me’ or “New York” instead. The love on their faces, the buzz in the air, such wonderful moments for us all to share. These things I will cherish forever and a day.... “Pack up your bags and fly away!”
Farewell dear Mr Sheridan, such love and laughter, music and joy, may your songs play on with dearest Zoe and loving family. In our prayers, Mary-Anne Gunther and fam and the Haddads.
RIP Denis full of charisma, talent and one of the greatest storytellers ... your legacy will live on through your amazing children. .. fly high, all my love Jo xx

Denis THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES. ? Love Marlene
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time
Sorry I can't get to Denis's farewell as I'm in Central Coast NSW.. Denis was a great entertainer and friend who I worked with for many years in various venues and bands. There were fun times and many laughs and I'll always remember in the early days when he would get one of his family up to sing, particularly Hugh as a young teenager. RIP Denis and thanks for the good times. Laurie Kennedy (the President)
I’ll be forever grateful that you always took the time to make a fuss of me when I was young, like I was the only one in the room. Which meant a lot growing up with such big personalities in our family. I’d always ask you, and you always would sing me The Candy Man; Who can take the sunshine, sprinkle it with dew, cover it with chocolate and a miracle or two, the candy man can. Thank you Denny.
Denis Sheridan a true friend that will be missed by all.
Rest in Peace Denis. I'll always happily remember you singing The Candy Man at The Old Lion with the Our Thing Big Band! Hope you are now having a good sing with your Mum, Dad, Little John and Paul. Thinking of all your family and loved ones. Stephen, Belinda, Archie , Luca and Marie Noonan.
Since forever I heard nothing but loving stories and fondness from your Auntie Coll, my mother. You were always full of happiness, joy and generosity. You sang at our wedding Jan. 1979 in your own flamboyant style There will always be a tender place in our hearts. Our thoughts are with all the Family at this sad time.
