Dennis’s FUNERAL SERVICE will be held in the

Frank J Siebert Paradise Chapel, 1 Gorge Road, Paradise,

on MONDAY, July 8, 2024, commencing at 10:00 a.m.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations to Guide Dogs SA would be appreciated.

Donation envelopes will be available at the Service.

Born January 16th, 1940, in Grimsby, England.

Passed on June 27th, 2024, in Adelaide, South Australia.

Aged 84 years.

 

Dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth,

and previously of Kay.

 

Loved son of Violet and Roland (both deceased).

 

Much loved father of Vanessa and father in law of Nigel.

 

Cherished grandfather of

Alison and her husband Gareth

 Andrew and his wife Annabel.

 

Cherished great grandfather of Flora and Jamie.

 

Dearly loved brother and brother in law of

Brian and Pat (both deceased),

Maeve (deceased) and John,

Michael and Tricia.

 

Dearly loved brother in law of Alastair and Jill.

Dearly loved friend of Frances.

Dennis was a special education teacher and principal of

Suneden, Piddington, and Gepps Cross Senior Special Schools.

He is fondly remembered for his cheeky grin

and the glint in his eye.

 

He was your friend and everyone was his friend.

 

Special thanks to the staff of the

Royal Adelaide Hospital, Ward 9G, for their loving care

and support over the last two and a half months.
