The Funeral Mass for the late Dorothea White will be offered in
St Bonifatius’ Catholic Church, 17 North East Road, Collinswood on
THURSDAY, October 6, 2022, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
The Committal Service will then follow in the Catholic F Section of the
Centennial Park Cemetery, 760 Goodwood Road, Pasadena.
The Mass will also be broadcast via livestream.

Royal Society for the Blind would be appreciated.

On behalf of Rainer, Lynda, Tarek, Zara, Aden and Rory please accept our heartfelt condolences on the recent passing of Thea. Thea has always been part of my life from my earliest childhood, and it was very sad the hear of her unexpected passing. Though we live at a remote distance we always tried to visit Thea when coming to Adelaide and I am glad that Lynda and the kids got to know Thea and experience the wonderful person that she was (and of course her ever wondrous Pfefferkuchen). Dorothea was a beautiful lady with a kind and generous heart. She always seemed to have a smile on her face. She will be missed by many people. Sympathies and love to the White families.

Dorothy was our adopted mother and mother to many, a special woman who was very generous and cared for so many over her years. We felt very loved being included in her extended family, adopting sibling and sharing birthdays. Watching the relationship of Karim and I from meeting in the sandpit to marrying and having a family. Standing by and supporting us during health tribulations. So many memorable moments over the years, from swinging on swings and following pet rabbits in the back yard to eating delicious ginger bread for all to share.
