Murial, Angie and Family - so so sad to hear of Uncle Greg’s passing. He was full of life, a bit of a force, not to mention a lover of all things wine! Which I can def relate too. Thinking of you all during this difficult time, and sending lots of love from Dubbo. Much love, Heidi (& Family)

My thoughts and love are with you all today ??♀️ So many happy memories of parties & amazing gourmet dinners at Modbury; Tasting his latest home brew, polishing off his best secret stashes of red, hearing the same one liners over & over ? debating & arguing with him about whatever...... only to be told "sounds like a personal problem!" His generous hospitality and dedication to family has always been 100% from the heart ??? & I'm so grateful to have been a part of that.... ❤️
So Sorry we can’t be there to farewell a fun, welcoming, devoted family Man .. Neddles. You welcomed our clan with open arms ,always in the most hospitable way, nothing was ever too much of a problem. I Blame you for my expensive taste in Red wine and will be saluting you today with a drop or 2. Ned a patient caring Bloke who has put up with my Brother for many years you deserve another Medal. Condolences and Hugs to Muriel and our Adelaide Family. Neddles will be terribly missed, and we are here to support in any way we can. RIP Padre/Neddles see you on the other side.❤️
I WAS THAT WHICH OTHERS DID NOT WANT TO BE. I WENT WHERE OTHERS FEARED TO GO, AND DID WHAT OTHERS FAILED TO DO. I ASKED NOTHING FROM THOSE WHO GAVE NOTHING, AND RELUCTANTLY ACCEPTED THE THOUGHT OF ETERNAL LONELINESS ...SHOULD I FAIL. I HAVE SEEN THE FACE OF TERROR; FELT THE STINGING COLD Of FEAR; AND ENJOYED THE SWEET TASTE Of A MOMENTS LOVE. I HAVE CRIED, PAINED, AND HOPED ...BUT MOST OF ALL, I HAVE LIVED TIMES OTHERS WOULD SAY WERE BEST FORGOTTEN. AT LEAST SOMEDAY I WILL BE ABLE TO SAY THAT I WAS PROUD OF WHAT I WAS... A SOLDIER. And a good one at that. We'll miss you old mate. Our Deepest Condolences to Muriel and Family.

I have so many fond memories of Uncle Ned growing up. He always made time to chat and relished in his own jokes! Most of our conversations included his famous lines “It sounds like a personal problem” and “I’m playing the world’s smallest violin”. Thinking of you all and wish that we couldn’t be there in person. Rip Uncle Ned – you will be missed xx
