So sorry for all the Kershaw family in this time of loss. I will never forget his wonderful smile and joyful fun with every person he encountered in his life. Have such wonderful memories of all of us in Corey's pool joking smiling and having deep conversations about life love and family, cooking barbies and late nights. Loss is sooo felt. We will all hold on to our personal memories of him and the shining light he always was to us all. Taken to soon

Jamie, you will be missed and the love and comfort you gave to our sister Patricia will be missed too. The short time we met and knew each other during my studies in Adelaide you were welcoming and good to me. May Jamie's soul rest in peace.

Jamie, I haven’t seen you since school days. But way back in primary school you left a lasting impression on me. You were a year level above me and a friend, and you were a solid athletic lad. My friend was being picked on, and you stepped in. You didn’t know us that well apart from being at the same school. But what you showed me that day, and it was seared in my memory, that you don’t need to know someone or have a vested interest in the outcome to do the right thing and stand up for someone that is having trouble standing up for themselves. You probably didn’t realise the impact you had, and that memory may not even be in your recollection. But I have a feeling, throughout your life, that’s who you were. A big, solid bloke, whose followed his principles because it was the right thing to do. You have left this world far too early. But just know, that there are people out there, apart from your family and close friends, that will remember you, and help you to live on forever. God bless you and your family.

Sarah -

One of the greatest challenges in this life is saying farewell …but one of the greatest joys is knowing that it won’t be forever. Our love to you all will never be enough to soften this cruel, cruel burden but please remember and focus on how Jamie’s life brought joy into the lives of so many.

From the moment Nicki and I became friends in primary school we would would hang out with each other, at each other's homes. While spending time at the Kershaw family home in Greenhill, Jamie would always be around, a happy kid with a beaming smile on his face. Life got busy and Nicki and I didn't see each other as often as we did growing. I had met Jamie while working at the RAH, grown up and working in the health sector also, still had that lovely smile on his face and always friendly, listened intently in conversation. He had an amazing ability of making someone feel important, just by listening. Sincere condolences to Rod, Pam, Nicki, Corey and Crystal.
