My Dear Aunty Jane, you’ve always held such a special place in my heart, and I’ve admired the path you chose for your life. You’ve shown such strength in your convictions and always knew that you were where you were called to be. I used to enjoy our visits so much, you were always so easy to talk to, to me you were a true ‘realist’. You loved your family honestly and without judgement. Thanks for being you, you will always have a special piece of my heart. Love you forever and always. Elle x

Greg & Deb Whitehead -

What a privilege to have been able to work alongside this amazing woman of Charity. No matter where we moved she maintained contact and visits with our family. God Bless you Sr Jane. I will miss our facebook catchup. Safe in the arms of Jesus.

Maurice Shinnick -

My prayers of gratitude for a most dedicated Daughter of Charity who live in humble service of the poor and needy and who saw their dignity and honoured it. When my sister Veronica was dying Jane visited her every day for the last two weeks her life, sharing friendship and prayer. When Jane was admitted to Calvary Adelaide I was in the room next to hers. I sneaked in to visit her when I discovered this and Kath was there. The next night, when I was to be discharged the next day I made a brief visit to her and shared a blessing with her. May she be in the eternal peace and joy of Jesus in the company of all the Daughters and Vincentian Saints.

Anita Tomasi -

Sr Jane you will forever hold a very special place in my heart. From our first meeting at Ave Maria House where you guided me as a young woman how to support women & children with the values of the Daughters of Charity, I am forever grateful. Compassion, respect, humour & the act of giving you are till this day a role model for me. I am blessed & honoured to have worked with you & shared a friendship beyond AMH. Thank you for your love & prayers during my family’s difficult time it will always be remembered. I will miss our chats & catch ups & will ensure that your sacred items are always honoured. RIP
