Joy’s FUNERAL MASS will be celebrated entirely in
St Mary’s Catholic Church, 179 Stanley Street, Lower North Adelaide,
on THURSDAY, November 9, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated.

Passed away on 30th October 2023.
Aged 93 years.
Devoted wife of the late Jack for 50 years.
Generous and loving mother and mother-in-law of Denise and Robert.

Caring great Nanna of Anthony, Imogen, Eliza and Ellie.

OMG what a beautiful lady who's been a part of my life along with my very best friend, her daughter Denise who I have known since I was 17 years old. That's 41 years. Mrs Porter was so supportive of me in the earlier years which I will never forget. She was always welcoming and happy to see me as I flip flopped on trips to Adelaide. I loved her dearly even though I hadn't seen her frequently. It was always like we caught up a few days ago. Denise's Mum and Dad would be so proud of their beautiful daughter. She is my dearest friend and always will be. I will look out for her as she's done for me. God bless you (Joyce) Mrs Porter.
