Kathleen’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the
Church of the Holy Name, 80 Payneham Road, Stepney
on SATURDAY, 27 December 2025 at 12:30 p.m.
A private Committal will follow.

Aged 88 years.
Passed away peacefully in the presence of her husband, Rino,
to whom she was a loving and devoted wife for 66 years.
Cherished mother to Julie (dec), Heather, Carolyn,
Andrew, Michael, Denise and Wayne.
Loving and kind mother-in-law to Anthony (dec), Paul and Jody.
Adored Nanna to 17 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
Steadfast and loyal sister, sister-in-law, auntie and friend to many.
Forever in our hearts, her kindness, strength
and gentle spirit will be remembered always.
Sincere and heartfelt thanks to the staff of Walkerville Nursing Home
who cared for her over the last 17 months.

Listening to Michael’s eulogy, I realised our first home was Eileen and Tom Emmerson’s, where Kath boarded to go to school. We lived in Mt. Bryan for seven years before moving to the farm. After 59 years of marriage we still live on the Mt. Bryan East Road. Glen Dare is at the foot of the Mount, also on Mt. Bryan East Road. When I commented on the beautiful roses, John remembered roses grew well at Glen Dare because of the beautiful water. He said there was a massive apricot tree too. Memories of so many years ago. Our love to you all.💖🙏🏻💐

Deepest sympathy to Uncle Rino, Heather, Carolyn, Andrew, Michael, Denise and Wayne. I have many fond memories of Auntie Kath when I was a child and also when I moved to Adelaide from the country. She was a special lady. I will be watching the live stream as we now live Central Coast NSW. Our thoughts are with you all.
