with a Funeral Liturgy in St Paul of the Cross Catholic Church,
(The Monastery), 15 Cross Road, Urrbrae
on WEDNESDAY, August 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

Dear Kerry, my heart breaks seeing the sad news. You were a fighter and gave your everything until the end. You were an amazing client of mine. The fabulous hair cuts and colours we created over the time. We shared so many laughs and memories. I know how much your family was the light of your life. You enjoyed your special adventures with them. All the amazing concerts you went to and all the fun you all had. You were a treasure and a pleasure. I remember the first time I met Kerry. Bill told me proudly that the "petite blonde" woman on the other side of the room was his partner. He pointed her out to me, and I remember thinking how beautiful she was. I came to learn she was also a kind, smart, curious, funny woman, with a contagious excitement sometimes about things that most others wouldn't even notice. Kerry's memory will forever make me smile. I’m thinking back to the first time I met Kerry at the Burnside Hospital in 2011. She was such a gorgeous person: smart, funny, and devoted to her family and friends. It’s so sad that the disease that bought us together has taken her from all the people who loved her. I’ll miss our catch-ups, her stories, and her adorable crooked-jaw grin. Sending my deepest sympathy to her family and her friends.
