I've known you all my life Grandpa. Feeling Nolstagia - Kent Ave .... a beautiful family home with, loving Grandpa and Nana and childhood adventures with my cousins through the beautiful gardens and sparking an adult obsession with Pugs. Birthdays, Christmases, summer pool parties with ice blocks, Aunty Angela's potato dish, laughter and family connection. The many, photos on the wall of family; adventure, marriage and fun. What a wonderful life - specifically the map with all the pins signifying the many, many places in the world travelled to. Inspiring what a life can be. With love Always, thinking of you Grandpa - love Adele ❤️ xxx

Dear Monica I’ve just watched Larry’s funeral service for the second time. There was just so much to take in that I hadn’t heard before about his (and your) life. You and he truly did live a complete and wonderful journey. When your children spoke, l learnt much about Larry’s and your family’s lives together which I had never known. I also saw the high regard your family held for their father/grandfather/great grandfather. The words were spoken with kindness, respect, pride, and much love … he truly was blessed and for all the right reasons, because he got back what he generously gave out. And I really liked hearing about his favourite poems, thoughts about life, ‘family’, cricket, the backyard pool … I can honestly say that I have never before heard such a complete summary of a person’s life. It must have made your heart happy. I am also glad that some years ago, I had the chance to write and tell Larry about the impact he had on my life. He rightfully deserved to know how much his guidance and confidence in me was appreciated. Please accept my apology for not being able to attend. I had a medical appointment which could not be changed. I was hoping to be there, but delays on the day soon ended that wish. It was also very sad to hear of the passing of two brothers two days apart. Please accept my deepest sympathy for their passing and know that sadness is being felt by many. Life really does keep throwing us ‘curve balls’ when we least expect them. Mum passed away 10 months ago, and Dad quite a few years before that. They live on in my mind and heart as I’m sure Larry will do with you. You also have your large and loving family, so let them also be a reminder of wonderful times together. Stay well Harry Borysewicz (Drawing Office, State Planning Office / Dept Environment and Planning)
