Mick’s Funeral Service will be held entirely in the Florey Chapel,
Centennial Park Cemetery, 760 Goodwood Road, Pasadena,
on Thursday, October 9, 2025, commencing at 11:00 a.m.
His service will also be broadcast via livestream.

It is with much sorrow that we announce the death of Mick Kiley,
aged 78 years.
Dearly loved son of Margaret and Maurice Kiley (both deceased).
Wonderful brother to
Patricia, Anne (deceased), Jack (deceased), Peter (deceased), Pauline,
Tom, Martin (deceased), Mary, Philomena (deceased), Jim, and Sharon,
and their partners.
Respected and loved by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
God bless his soul

For decades, Mick was the heart of our handball community. A brilliant mentor, a loyal friend, and the best drinking buddy you could ask for. Mick Kiley taught us so much about the game and even more about life. We’ll miss his guidance, his laugh, and his questionable line calls. It’s hard to imagine the handball court without Mick Kiley. He was more than just a teammate for so many years. I'll always cherish his wisdom on the game—and his excellent company over a post-match beer. His spirit, both on and off the court, will be deeply missed by everyone. Rest in peace, Mick.
