NIVES’ FUNERAL MASS will be celebrated in

St John Bosco Catholic Church, 23 Lipsett Terrace, Brooklyn Park

on WEDNESDAY, January 24, 2024 commencing at 10:30 a.m.

 

A private Committal Service will follow in West Terrace Cemetery.

 

The Funeral Mass will be broadcast by livestream.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the

Hospital Research Foundation (Cancer Research) would be appreciated.

Born 22nd August 1943 in Adelaide.

Passed away peacefully at Ashford Hospital

in the presence of her loving family on 12th January 2024.

Aged 80 years.

 

Loving and adored wife to Antonio Gazzola for 53 wonderful years.

 

Loved and devoted mum to Annmarie and Andrew.

Respected and devoted mother-in-law to Michael Annese and

future mother-in-law to Lisa Millikan.

 

Cherished and loved nonna of: Nicholas, Daniel,

and Matthew Annese Lucas, and Christina Gazzola.

 

Loving “Nonna” friend of Braedon.

 

Loved daughter and daughter-in-law of

Antonio and Maria Daniel (both deceased), Palmiro and Milva Gazzola (both deceased).

 

Cherished niece of Beniamino and Maria Gazzola (both deceased).

Beloved sister of Gino, Dino, and Stella Daniel (deceased)

Treasured sister-in-law of Giuseppe and Bruna Gazzola (both deceased),

Dino and Lucia Gazzola Sergio and Gabriella Gazzola.

Forever loved cousin of Velina and Stephen(deceased) Del Tedesco,

John and Gwenda Gazzola, Henry, and Ruby.

 

Nives will be loved, remembered and greatly missed by all her nieces, nephews,

and great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends in Italy, Australia and Canada.

 

The family would sincerely like to thank Dr Carolyn Bampton and her team,

along with the staff in Mitchell Ward at Ashford, Calvary Flora McDonald

and Calvary Hospital for care and support of Nives during her illness.

Reunited with her parents and sister.
