Joseph Ogierman -

Patrick’s optimism, energy and laughter while battling health issues was always an inspiration for me. A man of dignity and honour who has left us too soon. Pat, you live on through your three wonderful daughters and I know your strength will be with them as they start their own life’s journeys. Rest In Peace Pat.

Ronda Cox (McCarthy) -

God bless you Patrick

Catherine Birch -

You had so many major life events to deal with over the last five years and did so with integrity. Wish you could have been spared some of the stress, but so glad you made a point of enjoying life at the same time. Goodbye Pat.

Cousins Judy, Heather and Lyn -

Patrick was a very clever, kind and gentle man. We enjoyed his company during many family gathering over the years. Loved his sense of humour and his cheeky smile. We know his parents were very proud of him. He will be sorely missed by all his family and friends. Rest in peace Pat. Forever in our hearts.

Richard Kimber -

Very sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I have fond memories of us riding our bikes together as neighbourhood kids and schoolling together all the way from Grade 3 to Matric. Pat was a real gentleman and passionate about his footy. He loved playing with the The Blacks at Adelaide Uni and I well remember his idiosyncratic but effective goal kicking style. Rest in peace Pat and condolences to your family and the extended McCarthy clan as well.
