Sr Elizabeth Morris -

My prayers and sympathy are with Vin, Leo and Pat and to our Christian Brothers. Brother Peter was a truly wonderful man, dedicated to God and the People of God. He loved God’s creation and is renowned for his years helping us to deepen our appreciation through Earthcare. He was passionate too about promoting care of our environment. God will surely say: Well done, good and faithful servant.

Terry McDevitt -

A truly good & faithful person was Brother Peter. In 'quieter' later years, after his a long distinguished career in education, it was a privilege to witness his learning & prescient passion on the SA Catholic Earthcare Commission, and his humanitarian work locally for the U.N. Sincere condolences to his family. Rest in peace old friend.

Man of the earth and sky. Remembering his passion for the cosmic story shared so enthusiastically with students and friends, his deep knowledge of the Flinders Ranges and respect for First Nations wisdom, his love of a good story and his quirky humour. A wonderful friend and Brother to many.

Steve Buttignol -

Br Faulkner taught me at CBC in the early eighties. A gentleman, a scholar, a teacher, a reflector, an influencer. A man of substance. Forty years later I reflect on his influence and smile recalling his passion and energy when imparting knowledge. A great man.

Fred and Rina Buttignol -

We shall remember always a dear friend who cared passionately for people and for the environment. We shall miss his frequent visits to our home and discussions over a cup of coffee. Fred and Rina. RIP

Thank you for your love of trees and your wonderful encouragement of those who plant them.

Brother Peter will be greatly missed at Carmelite Southern Cross Care. He was a pure gentleman and an absolute bright spark in our facility. There were many, many insightful and interesting conversations had with him whilst he exercised here in our gym. He used to bring in his rocks to share his knowledge and interest with us and was always so dedicated to keeping his mind and body active. After interactions with Brother Peter we were always left with a smile on our face and warmth in our hearts. RIP Brother Peter.
