Dearest Uncle Ron, I am so blessed to have had that last beautiful visit with you and I am eternally grateful that we could talk, laugh and smile together one last time. Thank you for being an absolute legend through out my life. Your beaming smile, enthusiam and kindness will always be remembered fondly. We were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Ron. Please accept our heartfelt condolences and know that our thoughts are with you all during this difficult time. We all remember Ron for his kind and patient personality. He was a wonderfully warm uncle to us, always ready with a hug and a laugh. With his infectious, gentle laugh, we will all miss so much. Being able to share so many memories with Ron is an honour. We had some very special family holidays when we all first moved to Australia, memorable mainly for Ron’s bushman skills, overzealous activities and even his stoicism in the face of serious injury. He taught us poms lots of Aussie camping skills, but above all, we remember all the fun. He radiated warmth and good humour; we will always remember how much love he gave to those around him. He will forever remain in our hearts, and his legacy will live on through the impact he made on all of our lives. With deepest sympathy, Mark, Emma, Lyla and Baby Remy David, Rachelle, Arlo and Lane

With love to Lyn and the boys thinking of you in this difficult time. Ron, we only met the once which wasn’t enough, but you and Lyn greeted us and left us with such warm and loving impressions which has lasted since. Such a gentle genuine man. The world has lost someone very special. I am sure you will receive the most beautiful homecoming.

My amazing Uncle Ron. I was so blessed to have you as not just my Uncle but also as my Godfather. Such a kind and warm uncle who ever since I can remember always greeted me with such a big smile and hug. You meant the world to me and I have so many fond memories growing up with you and our family. I’m forever grateful to be able to see you and say goodbye. You were so brave, still managed a big hug, held my hand tight and we both said “I love you”. I will hold that special moment close to my heart forever. Now in the loving hands of your beautiful boy Mark, loving parents and niece Siobhan. <3. All my love and hugs to Aunty Lynn, Peter, Zoe, Harry and Frankie. Xxx ooo
