Dylan Kiernan -

As a child, my Uncle Sean was like a superhero; a larger-than-life figure who raced motorbikes, travelled the world, and always had a captivating story to tell. I still admire and idolise him to this day and always will. His love for food, wine, travel, David Bowie, boxing, and, above all, his friends and family, is something I will always admire and strive to embody in my own life. Sadly, life isn't always fair, and those we love often leave us too soon. Despite how heartbreaking this may be, I feel incredibly honoured and grateful to have had Sean in my life. Rest easy, great man, and please say hi to Bowie for me. Until we meet again, my friend, remember, "we can be heroes, just for one day."

Bianca Doolan, Simone Parker & Ziggy -

Although we only met Sean a few times he was always very kind, generous and interested in knowing about others. He set a great example of personal diligence and application in his work, all while living his life to the fullest possible extent. He lived life large, and loved his family large too. We were sorry could not be there today, but glad we were able to learn more about Sean's earlier life and exploits through his online memorial service. We can all be heroes just for one day - but Sean was heroic for his family his whole life. Farewell Sean, and big hugs to Heather and Kelly next time we're in Adelaide.

Kate Watts -

Dear Heather, Kelly and family, The Ranger/Watts family’s were so saddened to hear of Sean’s sudden passing. We have grown up with stories of Sean and Dad’s adventures at home and abroad. Who could forget the running of the bulls story - we remember a black and white photo of Sean pride of place at home. He was such a dear, life long friend to our Dad, John Ranger. For that he will always be in our hearts. Love from Kate, George, Harriet, Emmett and Maggie Watts

Our deepest sympathies to you both Heather and Kelly. Sean was a very special and caring man. He wasn’t just a boss he was a friend. My boys will always remember the day he organised for a car to pick them up and bring them to the office so we could go to an event organised by the insurance company. James will alway remember his work experience and the special lunches that week with Sean. He loved his football but most of all he loved his family. He will be so greatly missed by all. Rest in peace Sean. Love Maria, Roy, James ,Ryan and Dylan xx

Thinking of you all!!! I remember when I came to Australia after high school and I got to meet everyone for the first time. I will never forget how welcoming everyone was to my older brother and I. I remember going to the winery and walking the vineyards. The drive home was so crazy and I was amazed at how well Sean took every turn. You all have made me want to come back one day. I love and miss you all

My Sincere condolences to Heather and Family for their loss of Sean Kiernan. I have fond memories of Sean and Heather dating back to Salisbury North West Primary School in the mid 1970's and rekindled at Walkerville Primary School in recent years.
