Always ready to lend a hand, warm and fun. Sonia and I shared duties at a State Theatre Company SA fund raiser one night quite some time ago. I'm not sure if she and I managed to raise any funds but we sure had a fun evening! I was there for work but Sonia was there volunteering out for sheer generosity of spirit. Vale Sonia

Sincere Condolences to all the Coorey Family. Due to caring for my Mother in Ashford unable to attend Sonia's Funeral. Sonia was a friend of family and like a second Mother to me at Adelaide Festival Centre for over 31 years. I thank her for all her support to me and our catchups at work when we worked together and also Sonia's compassion. GOD Bless Sonia and the Angels are shining on you today and you can be greeted by your friends and family passed. I know Dad will reserve a seat in the theatre in the sky and torches tonight will shine for you. Miss and LOVED ALWAYS A hug a day remember. Love Kirsty and Doreen Black and Dad Ian Black is awaiting your company with Angels. XKX

Sonia was always a sympathetic ear when times were tough at work. She always left you laughing at them by the end of the conversation. I really appreciated our talks, they got me through some rough times. I hope we see each other again in the next plane of existence.

Jill Ritson -

Thank you, Sonia’s family, for the beautiful service. You did her proud. I just wish I could have been there, but am happy that I could watch and join in the prayers from my place in Northern NSW. God bless and keep my lovely friend. Jill.

Mel and Jason -

Today's mass was such a fitting tribute to the beautiful and witty Sonia. I love that she requested a delayed start to the proceedings; only an usher would know that would also buy valuable time for the flustered latecomers to take to their seats ???? Sending our love to the family. You all spoke wonderfully and contrary to Sonia's concerns, I don't think a single person would have tuned out during those heartfelt eulogies xx

Rebecca Keain -
