REQUIEM MASS for the late Sister PATRICIA DAVIS OP
will be celebrated at St Laurence’s Catholic Church,
corner of Hill and Buxton Streets, North Adelaide on
WEDNESDAY, August 16, 2023 commencing at 10:00 a.m.
The Committal will then be held in the Catholic Western Section
of the West Terrace Cemetery, West Terrace, Adelaide.
(entry from Catholic Cemetery road only – please do not use main entrance).
Sr Patricia Louise Davis OP
11 March 1944 – 5 August 2023
Patricia died peacefully at the Allity Nursing Home, Walkerville.
Pat was a dearly loved member of the Dominican Sisters of
North Adelaide for 61 years. She is fondly remembered by many as
a gentle, reflective and brilliant woman.
My deepest sympathies to all the Dominican sisters of North Adelaide. Sr Pat is now resting gently in God’s loving arms but the grief of her loss is still felt by all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers with you all at this sad time. Catherine Mueller

Sr Pat was a great French teacher who always pushed us to do our best . She had a wicked sense of humour and I’ll never forget her blue seude shoes. RIP St Pat you’ll always be remembered ????
Pat was a woman of poise and grace. She had a wonderfully dry and cutting sense of humor. Always impeccably dressed. She was a much respected teacher and mentor. Always loved, never forgotten. Rest now in God’s loving peace dear Pat ????

I was so sad to hear of Sr Patricia’s passing. I have very fond memories of our times as classmates and colleagues in education. My sincere condolences to her community, family, friends and all who have such fond memories of her. Rest in peace, Pat.
Memorable dear Patricia may angels guide and guard you to Paradise. We lived together, I was guest of the Community and an Old Scholar you never forgot; neither did I your laughter your quiet discernment and acceptance of everyone no matter the circumstances indeed by word deed thought and action your contribution to society was awesome.

Remembering you my darling sister "Pats Darling" and all the great times we have had together both as children and as adults. I still remember the day before my wedding when you and Hyacinth came to our parent's home at Henley Beach and you spent hours in 108 degree heat ironing my wedding dress - LOVE IS!! and you shared your love to the fullest not only with your family but also to those you knew.
